Our leadership team is entirely made up of volunteers who enjoy running cub meetings! All adult leaders have training and a DBS Safegaurding check, and there is always at least one adult who is first aid qualified.

If you would like the opportunity to do something you’d never thought of doing, while having lots of fun and giving back to the community at the same time, please get in touch – we can always do with more leaders!

Or if you prefer a less “front-line” role you can join our Group Exec Committee who are responsible for helping with the running of the Group and fund-raising.

Volunteering with our group can mean anything from spending a few minutes every few months on an administrative task to running section meetings. We’d love to hear from you if you’d like to help us provide adventure and skills for life to the young people of Copthorne.
