Beaver Scouts are young boys and girls usually aged between six and eight years old. They belong to the first and youngest section in the scouting family. Our Beaver Colonies are friendly and active – we get up to all sorts of things, including day visits, sleepovers, arts and crafts, exploring the outdoors and much more!
We have two Beaver Colonies:
SMUGGLERS – meet on Tuesdays 17:45 – 19:00
VOYAGERS – meet on Wednesdays 17:45 – 19:00
What do Beavers do?
All sorts of things!
We are an active colony so we try to do as many different things as possible. We do activities inside our regular meeting place, take part in Group and District events, and even have occasional sleepovers!
We play games, do crafts, make new friends, explore the outdoors, create things and eventually when we become 8 years old, we move up to cubs.
